Liam Pieper’s compilation of four short essays is delightfully surprising. He writes with a wry wit and particular bohemian yet intellectual bent which makes his story telling sharp and self deprecating.
This is a perfect quick read for someone who loves the buzz of actually completing a novel (me!) and there were plenty of laugh out loud moments. Of particular note was the short essay about Geoffrey. Hilarious! I am now off to buy a copy of The Feel-Good-Hit of the Year… Very curious!
