The Ballad of Banjo Crossing reviewed by Marie

All the ingredients of a small country town are included. There is a coffee shop, a stranger, a school bus, a young farmer dying of cancer, a dominant personality, a feisty old lady as well as a proposition which divides the community. Mystery surrounds the new-comer and it is towards the end that his identity is revealed. A tribute to a farming environment, the ABC, and to all who oppose change. Well worth reading.
